cfp's design for this £1.4 million multi-function GP Practice and Clinic involves the addition of two new storeys to an existing facility.

The proposal received local support and was given planning permission under 'delegated powers'. The external design reflects the existing building and adjacent properties, and introduces a horizontal emphasis to minimise visual impact. Internally, the building is flexibly planned for a variety of future uses.
