cfp have obtained a new detailed planning consent for a 20 unit residential scheme within the historic Dean Village in central Edinburgh.

The scheme supersedes an earlier office consent on a tight vacant site adjacent the Drumsheugh Swimming Baths, with 20 underground car parking spaces accessed from Bells Brae. The flats are a mix of two, three and four apartments, with duplexes and large top floor penthouses, roof terrace gardens with panoramic views across the Dean Valley and the City Centre.
